Knocked Out Loaded.

Several times.

I really like this album - if only for Brownsville Girl, but there are some other good tracks on it too, why do people dismiss it so easily? The children's choir? The steel drums? Bob's voice, the lyrics?

i like it too mike, you're not alone. brownsville girl is one of my favourite dylan songs.

they killed him i've never been keen on, nor precious memories,

but under your spell and driftin' too far from shore are fine as are the

other couple of uptempo tracks.

anyway, today i listened to the second side of the i'm not there soundtrack.

some nice things on there.

Don't try dancing to the Be-Bop Tango on Roxy, or you'll be in traction back in the hospital!

Well you see I look after my Father who God bless him lived through the war .

He takes an interest in what I do here in this phoney Cyber world and asked me who Sri was .

I said it was me and Bless the old goat , just could not understand why I don't use my real name.

I have no answer , to him its nonsense , and I'm inclined to agree .

See? I told you "it balances on your head
Just like a mattress balances
On a bottle of wine"

Wish I had a distinguished-sounding moniker. smiling smiley

Love, love, LOVE the Hyde Park clip! I was lucky enough to be there that day, was mystified when Bob came out without a guitar and proceeded to prowl around the stage like a boxer or a lion ready to pounce, and then utterly blown away by how powerfully he was singing (the two-note harmonica solos were pretty sweet, too : ) . The rest of the show settled into a more mid-tempo paced affair, but that opening number will always be one of my favorite Dylan performances of all-time. Thanks for putting this up!

Listening now to a recording of Led Zeppelin's show at O2 the other night...super stuff!
