Deciding the Top 75 Dylan Concerts - Step Two

In the following threads posters have spent the past several months submitting their picks for the top 75 Dylan concerts ever in the hopes of making a list to help people download shows:

Here are some statistics on the results:
477 shows were nominated
209 shows received 2 or more votes
125 shows received 3 or more votes
90 shows received 4 or more votes

The following 62 shows received 5 or more votes. And here's where the fun comes in. These are all going in the final list, but we need 13 more. So look this list over, and vote for up to 13 shows that you think deserve to be on the list but aren't. You can vote again if you voted the first time through, and you can even vote for the same shows again if they didn't make the cut.

Rules
1) Vote for no more than 13 shows (though fewer is fine).
2) None of the shows you vote for should be on the list below already.
3) If nothing else, write the exact date of the show. "London 03" is not good enough.
4) Voting ends on Tuesday, July 23.
